Triumphant Nexus is a real-estate software platform that gives Founding Access subscribers a secure member portal for submitting property and opportunity information, reviewing submission history and current status, managing subscription information, and accessing human review and support.

Who is Nexus for?

Nexus is built for real-estate investors and professionals seeking a structured portal to manage their property opportunity submissions.

Is Nexus a brokerage, lender, law firm, or investment adviser?

No. Nexus is software. It does not provide brokerage representation, legal advice, financing placement, investment approval, title/settlement/escrow services, or guaranteed transaction outcomes.

Does Nexus guarantee leads, deals, financing, returns, or closings?

No. Nexus does not guarantee leads, sellers, buyers, deals, financing, approvals, returns, profits, closings, or other commercial outcomes.

Does Nexus make decisions for me?

People remain responsible for review and decisions. Founding Access does not currently include subscriber-facing AI summaries, risk-question tools, diligence workflows, task management, participant management, or audit-history tools.

How is Nexus delivered?

Nexus is browser-based software accessible through supported desktop and mobile browsers. A native mobile application is not included at this time.

What is included in the standard paid service?

The $99 Founding Access includes: a secure Nexus member portal, structured property and opportunity submission, submission history, current submission-status tracking, subscription and renewal visibility, the ability to request cancellation of future renewal, and human review of submitted information and account support.

How much does Nexus cost?

Triumphant Nexus Founding Access is $99/month plus applicable sales tax.

How do I access Nexus after subscribing?

Subscribers access Nexus through the browser-based member portal. Existing customers can sign in using the Login link in the site navigation.

Can I cancel?

Customers can request cancellation of future renewals through the member portal. Additional billing terms are available during checkout and in the Terms of Use.
