1. Purpose of This NoticeThis Privacy & Data Notice explains how Triumphant collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information and certain other data.

2. Scope
This Notice applies to personal information and related data processed in connection with: (a) paid access to the Triumphant Nexus software service; (b) trial, pilot, or evaluation access where this Notice is referenced; and (c) limited marketing, account, and support communications related to Nexus. This Notice does not cover unrelated websites, services, or activities that have their own privacy terms.
3. Information We Collect
We collect and process information necessary to operate Triumphant Nexus, including account information, subscription and billing-related information, property or opportunity information submitted by users, submission history, status information, communications, support requests, and technical information associated with use of the platform.
4. How We Use Information
Information submitted through Triumphant Nexus may be reviewed, organized, stored, and processed as necessary to provide the member portal, maintain submission history and status information, support human review, administer subscriptions, provide account support, maintain security, and improve platform operations.
5. Legal Bases (Where Applicable)
Where required by law, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and consent.
6. Customer Data
You remain responsible for the nature, accuracy, and lawfulness of Customer Data. We process Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service.
7. Internal Tools and Operational Processes
Triumphant Nexus may use software tools and internal technologies to assist with platform administration, organization, security, and operational processes. Such tools do not replace human judgment or make autonomous real-estate, investment, financing, legal, title, or transaction decisions for users.
8. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share data with service providers, professional advisers, authorities where required by law, or parties to a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.
9. Data Retention
We retain data as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect data. You are responsible for your login credentials.
11. International Transfers
Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions.
12. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data. Contact us in Section 15 to exercise these rights.
13. Marketing Communications
You can opt out of non-essential marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions.

Nexus may link to third-party tools. This Notice does not govern those third parties.
