1. Agreement and Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of the paid Triumphant Nexus browser-based software service. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Triumphant Nexus Privacy & Data Notice.
2. What Triumphant Nexus Is
Founding Access provides a Nexus member portal for submitting property and opportunity information, viewing submission history and current status, viewing subscription and renewal information, requesting cancellation of future renewal, and accessing human review of submitted information and account support. Internal administration tools and unreleased capabilities are not included.
3. What the Service Does Not Provide
Triumphant Nexus is not a brokerage, law firm, lender, title company, escrow or settlement provider, appraisal firm, investment adviser, or other licensed professional service.
The standard paid service does not include:
(a) guaranteed leads, sellers, buyers, deals, closings, financing, returns, profits, approvals, or outcomes;
(b) brokerage representation, negotiation, listing, buyer/seller agency, referral brokerage, or transaction-based compensation;
(c) automatic property or opportunity matching, paid referrals, or promised seller-lead delivery;
(d) financing placement, loan brokering, lender commitment, credit decisions, or guaranteed capital;
(e) autonomous underwriting approval, final investment recommendations, or autonomous acquisition decisions;
(f) legal advice, legal conclusions, contract approval, attorney services, title, settlement, escrow, or closing services; or
(g) autonomous offers, contracts, payments, external commitments, or other consequential transaction actions.
Features that are pilot-only, internal-only, disabled, test-only, counsel-gated, or separately approved are not part of the standard service unless we expressly add them to a future product version.
4. Human decision Responsibility
Nexus provides a portal to organize and view submitted records.
You remain responsible for verifying all information and for all legal, financial, tax, investment, property, transaction, compliance, and professional decisions.
Material decisions should be reviewed by appropriately qualified professionals where applicable.
5. Accounts and Access
You must provide accurate account information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
You may not share credentials in a way that bypasses account controls or use another person's account without authorization.
Access may be suspended to protect security, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Any review provided through the portal is human-led. We do not provide AI-assisted summaries, risk questions, task management, or autonomous decision-making tools. As a member, you may request account support and human review of submitted information as described in the service scope.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- use Nexus for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, or abusive activity;
- attempt unauthorized access, security testing, reverse engineering, or interference with the service except as permitted by law;
- upload malicious code or content that infringes another person's rights;
- use Nexus to impersonate another person or misrepresent authority;
- use the service to bypass professional licensing, legal, regulatory, or transaction requirements; or
- use automated means to extract or misuse the service beyond authorized functionality.
9. Intellectual Property
Triumphant Nexus, its software, workflows, branding, interfaces, original content, and related intellectual property are owned by Triumphant Real Estate Investments L.L.C. or its licensors.
Except for the limited right to use the service during an active subscription or authorized access period, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
10. Subscription, Fees, Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds
Pricing is $99 USD/month + applicable sales tax. Renews monthly until canceled. Applicable tax and the final total are shown before payment. Cancellation must be requested before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Access continues through the paid subscription period. No prorated refunds for unused time. Duplicate, erroneous, or charges for access not provided may be refunded. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
Founding 100 Pricing. Triumphant Nexus Founding Access is available at a base subscription price of $99 per month, plus applicable sales tax, to the first 100 paid Founding subscribers. A Founding subscriber retains the $99 monthly base Founding Access price while the subscription remains continuously active and in good standing. Applicable sales tax is additional and is not included in the price protection. If the subscription ends or is canceled, Founding pricing ends. If a former subscriber later returns, the then-current public subscription price will apply unless Triumphant expressly offers otherwise.
Founding pricing applies only to the base Founding Access subscription. Additional subscriber-facing capabilities may be introduced over time at Triumphant’s discretion. Future features, release timing, premium products, modules, services, or separate plans are not guaranteed to be included in Founding Access. Subscribers are purchasing the capabilities currently made available under their subscription, not an unreleased product roadmap.
11. Third-Party Services
Nexus relies on third-party providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, payment processing, communications, analytics, and data storage. Those providers may process information as described in the Privacy & Data Notice. We are not responsible for third-party products or services outside our control.
12. Availability
We may maintain, improve, modify, add, suspend, or retire service features. We will not represent a future, pilot, or gated capability as part of the standard service unless it is intentionally released. Material changes to the governing paid product scope require a new product version and separate approval.
13. No Guarantees
Nexus is provided as a software portal for information submission, status tracking, and support. We do not guarantee that the service will identify every issue, prevent every error, produce a particular business result, or remain uninterrupted or error-free.
14. Limitation of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Triumphant is not responsible for losses arising from decisions made solely from unverified data, user-provided information, third-party information, or use of Nexus as a substitute for required professional judgment. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Suspension or Termination
You may stop using the service at any time, subject to the applicable subscription terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice.
16. Privacy
Our collection, use, retention, disclosure, and protection of personal information are described in the Triumphant Nexus Privacy & Data Notice.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without overriding consumer protections that apply under another jurisdiction’s mandatory law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date will identify the current version. If a material change affects an active paid customer, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, email, or another appropriate channel.
